SMS Terms of Use

Blueink sends text messages from +1 480 418 4864 in the United States, and from local numbers or alphanumeric sender IDs in some other countries.

Opt-in

Before Blueink sends you text messages, the person sending you the document must obtain your consent to be contacted by text about that document. They will request your phone number, share the Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms of Use, and should explain that you will receive Short Messaging Service (SMS) notifications from Blueink about that document.

You can text STOP anytime if you want to opt out. You will receive a confirmation message letting you know that you've unsubscribed successfully. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Blueink. If you want to rejoin, text START to the same number and Blueink will resume sending messages to you. If at any time you need additional information, text HELP. You will receive a reply with contact information for support and instructions on how to unsubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in/opt-out flow

In some countries, messages are sent from an alphanumeric sender ID that cannot receive replies. If you cannot reply to a message, email support@blueink.com to opt out.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information collected through the SMS service will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Document Notifications

Blueink sends SMS to recipients who have consented to receive them when a document is sent to them for signature, and for related reminders, expiration notices, and status updates. Message frequency varies depending on document activity.

Phone verification

Where the sender has enabled SMS PIN authentication, Blueink will send a one-time Personal Identification Number (PIN) code to your phone, which you enter to open and sign the document. Message frequency may vary depending on how many times you request a PIN code. Standard message and data rates may apply from carriers.
