The new Webhook Log Page provides visibility into your integration activities. Now, you can monitor webhook events in real-time, troubleshoot issues more efficiently, and control which webhooks are active—all from a single dashboard.

With this feature, you can:

  • View detailed logs of webhook deliveries, including success/failure status
  • Access specific HTTP response codes and error messages for troubleshooting
  • Enable or disable individual webhooks without removing their configuration
  • Manually resend failed webhooks with a single click

2. Streamlined Document Preparation with Field Type Conversion

We've eliminated one of the most common frustrations in document preparation. Now you can convert existing fields to different types without deleting and recreating them from scratch.

Stay informed about recipient engagement with your documents through our new viewing notifications feature. Now you'll know exactly when recipients open your envelopes, allowing for more strategic follow-up and better workflow management.

Getting Started

All three features are now available in your Blueink account. The Webhook Log Page can be accessed through the API section of your dashboard, while field type conversion is automatically available during document preparation. Furthermore, you can enable the envelope viewing notifications before sending the document.
